At least the hotel is near the beach and the center, where you can get food. But the place itself was miserable. The staff argued with me that there were no bugs, even though there were stink bugs and a handful of ants in the toilet, plus a centipede by the toilet door and another in the bathroom. The food was a complete joke, like being in a psychiatric hospital. Even hospital food is more luxurious. The sheets were dirty, and the chair had a blood stain. I felt disgusted lying down, with cobwebs above me and spiders in every corner. You could start an insect farm there.

For any meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you have to walk at least 100 meters to the Level Hotel. The food is supposedly "all inclusive", but it's dry and has no spices. Instead of natural juice, you get disgusting steppes, and a full meal is hard to come by. In my room, there were peanuts on the floor, and the floor itself wasn't clean. The air conditioner cable was exposed above the plug, one bedside lamp didn't work, and the towels were stained. Maybe they had been washed, but you couldn't tell.

It's not close to the center, and finding a parking spot is difficult. Still, it has everything you need, even if it isn't luxurious. The rooms are very spacious, with wide terraces and a large bathroom and toilet. There's an elevator and a coffee machine at reception.

We've stayed here for two years and have been very satisfied. The staff and owners are very kind and responsive, and the hotel is lovely. I plan to come again next year. Thank you all for the wonderful days at the hotel.

I'm not happy with the place. Nobody changes the sheets, and nobody even cleans the hallway. The only reason I'm not giving the lowest rating is that there's an elevator.
