This is about the restaurant downstairs, not the hotel. The food was average but decent, and the prices were a little high, though that’s pretty common in restaurants. What bothered me was the service and the wait. Our meals took ages, and the waitress forgot one of them. The rest of us had finished eating before it arrived, about 15 minutes later. I felt bad that my girlfriend had to eat by herself and watch the rest of us finish.

I’m reviewing the hotel’s downstairs restaurant, not the hotel itself. The waiter was the one bright spot: polite, kind, and quick. The food was like something from a cheap buffet. The chicken wings weren’t cooked enough, the fries weren’t fresh, and the meat in the chicken skewer was very poor quality. If you want a delicious meal, try somewhere else.

The pizza was pretty good, but the service at their bistro was awful. I asked the waiter for an extra plate and he said okay, then never brought it. We were also left waiting a long time for the bill. They really don’t seem to care about their customers, so I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

The bathroom is spacious and the place is clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Rooms facing the street are really noisy, the pool was too cold to use, and breakfast was so-so, with bad coffee and no tea. The mattress was old enough that you could count its springs, and I’ve never seen pillows this awful. If you have nowhere else to stay, it’s okay for a few nights. The price is average.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just ate at its restaurant. Everything was homemade and really tasty, and the food came quickly. Great service too. Highly recommended!
