There was no parking, and the hotel's restaurant wasn't operating. Luckily, the neighboring Dara hotel has a great restaurant. The owners are the sort of people you'd call “hosts.” The rooms aren't maintained, the bathroom is the least of the problems, and doors kept slamming all night. The air conditioner blew straight onto the bed, which was two beds pushed together that kept shifting apart. A light breeze made the terrace glass rattle all night, and at 3 am I ended up smashing it with a coffee stirrer 🫣. I DO NOT recommend staying here, even as a last resort.

The room and bathroom were both cramped. There's no parking, and the hotel has neither a cafe nor a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner was wonderful and quickly took care of anything we needed. We liked the hotel and its location too. Thanks so much, we'd definitely recommend it with a full 10 🩷

The ATV track and amusement park right below the window stayed open late, so there was guaranteed noise and dust. From the first day, they kept insisting we pay even though we'd already left a deposit. The welcome felt unfriendly, and they spent our stay looking annoyed and giving us dirty looks, as though we'd come to visit them instead of lodging there. Even basic items such as shampoo were missing from the room.

We were really pleased, everything was just right and the hosts were kind. We'd happily come back. Family Vuchaliyski, Sapareva Banya 🙂
