Stop Hotel

Great.

The staff were polite and pleasant, and for what it costs right now, the stay was good. A few years back I could get an apartment in Saint Vlas for the same money, but prices are what they are these days. The hotel is old, though it works well enough for a short stay. South Beach is roughly a 15-minute walk. I wasn't sure why I had to leave my key at reception every time I went out. The rooms could use a renovation before next season.

There isn't any parking, so you have to use the lot at the neighboring base. The room's condition doesn't justify the high price, and I found the receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional. A hotel needs a friendly welcome as well as a decent-looking room, and that was completely missing here. Those three stars are absolutely undeserved. I had been looking forward to my reservation, which made it all the more disappointing. I can't recommend this place.

The carpet was dirty and there was mold in the room, while the prices didn't match the condition of the property. The surroundings were extremely noisy, and the beach is about 15 minutes away, so it isn't close to the hotel. There's no access for disabled guests. Even the owner provided service that was beyond criticism, extremely unprofessional in every way.
