During our stay, a friend fell from a terrace because its railing wasn’t properly secured. A child was hurt, hitting their head and back, and we rushed them to the hospital. They had four broken ribs, and it could have been much worse. This should never happen at a hotel, especially one that hosts families. The property felt poorly maintained, and basic safety had clearly been neglected. The whole experience was stressful and far from enjoyable. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious.

The Ukrainian staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay at Salena Beach Hotel in Primorsko even nicer. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and furnished well, and the beach is only a short walk away. The food got a bit repetitive, but there were always fruits and desserts available. We had a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

A cute place and decent for the kind of hotel it is and the stars it has. I just wish there were rooms with two separate beds, and that the bathrooms were a bit bigger and better equipped.

Our room was clean, though I heard other guests complain about the condition of theirs. The hotel is very close to the north beach, the pool is really nice, and breakfast was OK. There were too few tables in the area called “Restaurant,” so you might not find a spot at breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable, with several springs trying to stab me during the night. Staff seemed hard to find: almost half looked like school students working for the summer, with the professional level of students who’d never worked in a hotel. The only person who said a simple “HI” during our stay was one of the housekeepers. The whole hotel seems to be slowly falling apart. It could be a great place if managed properly, but right now it has too many problems.

My family and I recommend this perfect hotel. The Turkish restaurant is very delicious, and it’s our favourite hotel in Primorsko. See you again soon!
