Svetla Guest House

We’ve been coming here for about seven years straight, and it’s still our best choice. The owners are so kind and friendly, always trying to figure out what you need and help. Our room had everything we needed, plus a big balcony, fridge, and TV. They also sort out parking for the car and help make the holiday comfortable. 5/5.

The beach is very close. The staff are always smiling and do whatever they can to make you comfortable, and they’ll help with pretty much anything you need. The room had a big TV too.

I booked a 10-night stay at Svetla guest house in Primorsko, at 21 "Treti Mart", through booking.com on 29.06.2025, for 30.08.2025 to 09.09.2025. It was for two adults and two dogs, one of them about two months old, and the listed price was 505 leva. After I contacted the property, the lady asked me to cancel through booking.com. The price then went up to 600 leva. I agreed after she promised we could park in front of the guest house. When we arrived, we weren’t allowed to leave the car there. I was told to drive it to some grass at the end of the street, described as "Public free parking". The next day, another Svetla guest house guest parked in the spot I’d used and left the car there until checkout. While my car was sitting in that public lot, it got scratched and hit. At check-in, we weren’t registered. The owner acted as if she didn’t know how much we had transferred and tried to charge us extra, though she seemed surprised when we remembered the deposit amount. On 01.09.2025, she came to our room and said our small dog had damaged the carpet. She gave us 1-2 days to leave. I offered to pay for the carpet when I got back to Sofia. She said it cost 200 leva and told us that if we stayed, either my wife or I would have to keep the dog shut on the balcony or in the bathroom for the rest of the holiday. Otherwise, she would refund the remaining stay if we left. The next day we found another hotel and moved. When I went to collect the money, she returned 300 leva instead of 420, saying she was keeping the difference because she couldn’t use our room for two days after us. After an argument, she gave back another 60 leva and told me to transfer 60 leva to her from Sofia once I got home. I did. In less than 24 hours, the 200 leva carpet bill had become 300. For me, the rating for Svetla guest house is a big "0". Don’t offer Svetla guest house in Primorsko as a place to stay. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND FRAUDERS.

The rooms are really clean, and they treated us more like relatives than guests. It’s a very nice place, and they accept pets too. We’ll definitely come back. Come and have an unforgettable holiday.
