The service and attention here are zero. At lunchtime, the two women at the restaurant, one with straight black hair and the other with short curly hair, are rude. They give dirty looks, disrespect you behind your back, bill incorrectly and overcharge, and deliberately take too long to serve you. The woman at reception is disrespectful and makes no effort to help. The bald male security guard is a pain too, constantly giving provocative looks and refusing to leave you alone.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The amenities were good, the location was decent, and it was excellent value for money.

The staff were really nice, but the place is only alright at best. It feels like a copy-paste resort and doesn't have much to offer.

The outdoor pool was great, though the indoor one wasn't in good condition. I stayed for a longer period in summer, and the rooms could have been cleaner. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good for the price, but they really need to take better care of hygiene.

The rooms are spacious and have a great view of Pirin, and the buffet food is varied enough and tasty. But the outdoor pool isn't cleaned regularly, and the spa is mostly deserted with a very unpleasant smell. We wouldn't recommend the paid-to-order food: I got a burger with a bun so hard you could break a tooth. All the meat is frozen, and everything is covered in universal seasoning. The strangest thing is that there's a fishing pool with fresh trout and other fish just a five-minute drive from the hotel!
