There’s a pool, and you can rent four bikes per room. The apartment also has plenty of appliances. Really nice place, I’d go back.

A lovely spot to unwind, with a well-kept garden and a great spa. There are large indoor and outdoor mineral-water pools, too. Our studio was clean, nicely equipped, and had a beautiful view. Bicycles were free to use.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The place has all the electrical appliances you need. There are also four bikes for recreation, with helmets provided for safer riding. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was comfortable and well kept, with good Wi-Fi and everything we needed, including dishes. The owners had taken care of the details. We could use the adult bicycles in the basement, the spa, pool, and gym for free, and park inside the complex once we’d sent our vehicle number in advance. We weren’t keen on the restaurant food, so we ate at places in Razlog and Bansko instead. If you’re staying longer, ready-made food from Billa market is tasty and worth considering.

The owner was happy to help whenever we needed something. The room was comfortable, and the surroundings were very nice. Bansko is about 10 minutes away.
