Breakfast was amazing, with plenty for anyone with a sweet tooth as well as healthy food, fresh fruit, gluten-free choices, and vegan options. My seventh-floor room had a city view and was spacious, clean, and fitted with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, desk, table, and a big comfortable bed. It’s a luxury hotel, with a stunning lobby and a stylish bar on the first floor. I was very satisfied with my short stay.

I used to enjoy coming here because the service was great, but it’s not as good now. The room was OK, and I have to admit they upgraded me to a premium room, but maintenance was poor. They forgot to clean my room one day, and the reception had just one guy working. For a five-star hotel, I expect tissues and weighted service, and there was nothing there. There’s smoking all over the place, which makes no sense these days. The restaurant, the Rent, doesn’t tell her good and nice. D used to be much better.

Beautiful and distinctive design, fabulous restaurants, an amazing team, and a great place to chill out. But the lady who serves the omelets and is supposed to replenish the salad takes away the wow factor. Anyone who’s eaten there will know who I mean.

The breakfast was good, which was one of the few things I liked. 😉 The hotel feels old-fashioned and outdated, and my stay didn’t live up to its five-star rating. The toilet wasn’t clean when I arrived. After I complained, housekeeping came and called it an “already clean room,” which felt unprofessional and disappointing. The shower temperature also kept changing, suddenly turning too hot before going back to normal. Housekeeping was very unprofessional, something I haven’t experienced before despite staying at many hotels.

It’s easy to get around town from this nice location, and there are lots of good restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. The big problem is that smoking is allowed. The smell is terrible, and they need to change that.
