We stayed for two nights, and the room was really spacious. The bed, though, was low and soft. Breakfast was enough, and the hotel lobby and bar were very cool. Bansko Gondola is about 10 km away.

TERRA Complex Hotel is a peaceful place to unwind. The setting is quiet, but still handy for exploring nearby areas. Rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the hotel is clean, modern, and well looked after. Everything felt calm and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. I'd recommend it to couples, families, or anyone wanting comfort and good service.
The mountain-side rooms have a lovely view, and service was considerate and very polite. Prices were okay, and I enjoyed the spa. I'd come back.
We paid far too much for what we got. The bathroom had a tile coming loose from the wall, which felt unsafe. Our supposed double deluxe room turned out to have two mattresses that barely qualified as a bed. Things were dirty, especially around the pool. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, and the jacuzzi smelled terrible with green mold all over it. The hotel has potential, but the problems are hard to ignore. Staff weren't helpful. Most didn't speak English, and they looked exhausted and uninterested. There was no proper option to eat there. The restaurant stayed closed every night, with excuses, leaving only a buffet at 40 leva per person without drinks. The food looked awful and service ended at 21:00. We chose to go hungry rather than eat what seemed like buffet leftovers. Breakfast was awful too, with the cheapest things you could buy. They didn't provide complimentary coffee or water in the room. Instead, they charged 2.50 leva per coffee capsule, with four capsules offered. In the afternoons we wanted to play pool, but had to buy coins at reception. After 21:00, we waited a long time for someone to come to the desk. It felt like they wanted to make money while doing the bare minimum and overcharging. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Bansko. For the New Year's party, the only offer was 218 leva per person for four meals, one drink, a 300 ml bottle of wine, and a glass of champagne. At that price, they could have offered an open bar or at least a normal bottle of wine per person. It was overpriced and not worth it. Save your money and don't come here.
It was a nice place and otherwise okay, but the rooms could use some updating and the spa needs renovating. Nicky the bartender gets five stars!
