The owner’s kindness and professional manner really made our stay special. They were welcoming, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept, which made for a relaxing visit. I had an excellent time here and would gladly come back. I highly recommend the hotel for its comfort and service.

The spa and wellness area were especially good, and the staff were so friendly, polite, and ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Euphoria Club Hotel & Resort is in a lovely, peaceful spot surrounded by nature, but it’s also close to the ski lifts, with bus transport available. The food was delicious and offered plenty of choice, and the resort felt warm and welcoming. I enjoyed every part of my visit and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I’ll absolutely return.

The lobby was a lovely place to relax, with a fireplace that made it feel especially cosy in winter. The spa was also a standout, with two indoor pools, one small and one large. Our room was cleaned and tidied every morning, and the whole hotel was spotless. Staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help, while the food was excellent and offered plenty of variety. Borovets is a fantastic ski resort, with well-organized slopes for all levels and great skiing conditions. It felt less crowded than Bansko, so there were shorter waits for the lifts and a more enjoyable time overall. It’s a beautiful mountain setting for good skiing without overwhelming crowds. We had a wonderful stay at Euphoria in Borovets and would highly recommend it. The whole experience was fantastic, and we’d choose Euphoria again next time we visit Borovets.

The restaurant food was delicious and good value, and the bar had a great range of options. The lobby especially stood out, with its warm, stylish and inviting feel. Staff were always polite and attentive, and there’s a wide choice of amenities. Everything was exceptionally clean, with clear care taken over the details. The hotel is spacious, elegant, and luxurious while still feeling welcoming. Highly recommended!

Andre and Artemis were absolute legends, going above and beyond with anything we needed. The modern complex has good value rooms and a really nice bar area. We used the sauna, steam room, and pool after skiing, which was perfect, and breakfast was good too.
