We paid a €300 deposit for five days, booking the house from November to December 22. As the date got closer, the forecast showed no snow, but the owner reassured us. After the announcement that the ski resort would not open, we asked to move our dates to the end of March, when it would be less full. She refused, saying she couldn't book it for us then and that we'd be in touch. It was disappointing that she showed us so little understanding.
