One bathroom couldn't be used because it smelled like animal feces, and all the showers were clogged. The sauna only reached 56 degrees, nowhere near 90, and the oven door wouldn't close all the way. The villa itself was nice, but the service was terrible. The person on the phone was extremely rude, and that attitude carried through the whole experience. We had paid everything through booking.com, but on arrival they charged us an extra 500 lv and cancelled the reservation in booking. We ended up paying 1945lv instead of the 1445lv shown on booking. It felt like the rude staff were trying to squeeze every penny out of us. We definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. Edit: Their response to negative reviews says a lot. Future clients can see for themselves.

Way overpriced for dirty sheets and that level of hygiene. The whole place felt like some random motel. AVOID! And no, I'm not a fake reviewer. I went there with friends.

Quiet, surrounded by forest, and equipped with everything you need. A perfect spot for friends or family.

We had a small issue with the pool, and someone came and sorted it out within five minutes. The staff were quick to help. The house sits in the forest, and its modern design fits naturally into the surroundings. It feels peaceful and cozy, with a lovely natural setting. In summer the outdoor pool is heated, and the jacuzzi and sauna make it easy to relax. It's a great place if you want comfort and a bit of quiet in nature. I recommend it.
