2/10
The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel is beautiful, easy to reach, and set in a lovely area. But our room wasn't cosy or nice. There was no hairdryer or slippers, not enough towels, and the bathroom had hardly any tissue. It had a terrible layout too, with the toilet right behind the door, so I don't think a chubby person could fit through. They'd assured us we'd get a double bed, but we got twins. One evening we were locked out for 40 minutes in freezing weather. It would've helped to be warned the doors lock at 10pm. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
