The hosts were kind on the phone, though I didn't meet them. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, and excellent for the price. It was generally clean, but a few details could be better for it to feel perfect. I'd definitely visit again.

The owners were very rude and unwelcoming. The apartment heating was broken and didn't work. The listing said the apartments were in Borovets, close to the slopes and lift, but they were actually more than 2 km away. We realized this when we arrived and asked for a refund so we could stay where we'd actually booked. They charged us cancellation fees even though we never used the apartment. AVOID at all costs.

The apartments are very nice and within walking distance of Borovets, in a quiet, secluded spot at the edge of the forest. There's a roadside cabin 50 metres away with cheap food and drinks.

The apartment at Mmmountain Hut was cosy, warm, and well equipped. It’s a bit away from the centre, and the parking area hadn’t been cleared of snow.

The rooms themselves were fine, but the ground floor and corridors felt quite unpleasant. They weren’t especially dirty, just not nice to be in.
