The rooms are small, but they've got what you need, with comfortable beds and a warm shower. It's handy for skiing and for getting food or drinks in Borovets, and the host is available if you need help. I'd recommend it.

The location was the one positive. We booked a room advertised with three beds, but were given one with two. When we contacted the manager, who was rarely available and only by phone, he denied our account and said he couldn't do anything, even though we had proof. He ended up shouting at us, which was disgusting. The next day the fridge stopped working. The security guard, the only staff member in the building, said he couldn't help. I've never stayed somewhere this bad. If I could rate it below one star, I would. Choose somewhere else in the area where someone can actually help when needed.

For a self-catering stay in Borovets, this is a handy spot. It's in the resort centre, just minutes from the ski lifts, ski areas, restaurants, and bars.
