Everything a family needs is here, and the hotel is clean, attractive, and cozy. The spa is nice, the food is delicious, and there’s parking on site. It’s right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. My one complaint is getting to the spa: there’s no direct route from the rooms, so you have to pass through the lobby, which is inconvenient.

The breakfast had good options and tasted very good, but our arrival was a bad experience. The hosts at reception were rude, and when we asked questions, the replies came with a lot of attitude. Their manner toward guests was really poor.

The indoor pool was the best part for me. The rooms are very small, as others have said, with barely enough space to move around once the bed and wardrobe are there. I was annoyed when staff wouldn’t give me a towel at the pool entrance and told me to bring one from my room. I explained that the towel I had there from the previous day was wet, but they still wouldn’t provide one. The included breakfast wasn’t good either. Sorry, but that’s how it was.

A great hotel for a spa break, with good amenities, warm and lovely staff, and amazingly tasty food.

10/10
I especially enjoyed the spa, with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and plenty of treatments and massages to choose from. The restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel is right in the town center, with everything close by and the park about a ten-minute walk away. My room was spacious and modern, with a lovely view, and the hygiene was very good. I had a great time and would definitely come back.
