The large terrace and the location are definite pluses. It's up high and near the park, stadium, and city pool, with everything needed for a short stay. But maintenance needs attention: some sockets are broken, the dishwasher doesn't work, and there's a sewer smell. We've only been here one day, so I'll update this at the end of our stay.

There’s room to leave bicycles in the entrance, and the apartment itself is spacious, comfortably furnished, and convenient. It seems well suited to families with several children. A great place.

The huge terrace and lovely view stood out. Inside, the apartment was clean, fully furnished, and very cozy.

Clean, cozy apartments with modern furnishings, and the price was good too. Very nice.
