There’s very little around the hotel, so it suits a relatively quiet holiday if you don’t mind all the children at the property. Anyone wanting more variety won’t find it here. The WiFi signal is strong, but download speeds were usually around 1.5 Mbps, with peaks of 4Mbps. We liked the fresh, good breakfast, and our apartment was clean with air-conditioning in every room. Parking, the pool, and an umbrella and sunbeds at the beach were free. We also got complimentary wine once as a welcome gift and two espresso capsules each day. The big disappointment was the SPA. The brochure listed it among services like free parking, fitness, and access to the hotel beach, but on arrival we were told it costs 40 leva per person, per visit. The different options leading up to All inclusive also come with restrictions, such as local drinks only on the All inclusive plan. That upgrade costs 50 per person per day, and you could eat for less at their a la carte restaurant.

We had an apartment with a sea view, thank you! The place is quiet and really nice, and the staff treated us well. I tried everything at the clean SPA center. It made for a holiday to remember, and I’ll check this place out again next summer.

The staff come from different countries, which added a little adventure to our trip. The hotel is very pet friendly, and we were happy with the food, rooms, and pool.

Our apartment had three balconies, each with a different view. The beach is close, and the walking paths around the complex are pedestrian friendly, with good infrastructure overall. The pool is a good size, clean, and half-covered for shade. The bathrooms were tiny, with even smaller shower cabins, and finding a parking space was a bit difficult. Cleaning happened during the 14-16 quiet hours, when people were trying to rest. There was a dining area in our apartment but no kitchen, and even a countertop would have helped. The complex restaurant was atrociously bad, and the service and food at nearby restaurants weren’t stellar either.
