I spent three weeks here and had a perfect stay the whole time. The staff were the best part, really friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English and several other languages. The hotel has its own restaurant, Green Garden, with tasty food, plenty of menu choices and a good range of whiskies. They looked after my opened bottle well, so it still had its aroma. My room was very clean, had its own fridge and air conditioning that worked well, and I heard no noise at night, so I slept very well. The centre is a few minutes away on foot, and the stairs to Shumen Monument are a few hundred metres away. Best place to stay in Shumen.

I couldn't sleep because I was worried someone might come onto our balcony at night. There was a door to another room opening onto it, which felt very strange. The bathroom had a step where it seemed easy to fall, and the cartoon tiles looked terrible. Breakfast was limited to one of three omelettes and one soft drink.

The room was roomy and absolutely spotless. It's in a great spot, about a five minute walk from the main street, and the restaurant was great as well. I'd definitely recommend it and come again.

Shumen is so green, with lots of trees, grass and forest, and I really liked being here. Green Palace is a cute, nice hotel with clean, practical rooms and very friendly staff who know their work. I liked it, and recommend stopping by if you come to Shumen. :)

Whenever I'm in Shumen for work, this is my first choice. The boutique rooms are cosy and make you feel at home, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant Green Garden serves good quality meals. Best hotel experience in the region.
