I was very disappointed with this place because the service wasn't good. I left my watch in room 8 and called about it three hours later. They told me they hadn't found it, and I don't feel they were being sincere or following the right policies with a client.

It's a very clean, pleasant hotel right on the road to Bansko. The one issue was that there was no warm water in the morning.

The rooms have beautiful views, and the place is really quiet and clean.

The rooms were clean and the food was good, though it came to the table in the wrong order.

The restaurant prices are very cheap, and the food is delicious. A nice spot for a weekend getaway!
