My daughter needed the bathroom while we were passing through, so we politely asked the woman at reception if she could use it. She said no, explaining that it was only for hotel guests and we would have to rent a room. That was an awful, unkind response. People in tourism and hospitality should at least try to be helpful and kind.

Clean and pleasant, though the nearby motorway makes it noisy.
