I got the apartment I booked, with three separate beds. The room looked a little old, and the room service was poor. They didn’t replace the towels until I asked, not even when one was on the bathroom floor.

When I checked in, the room was really dirty. The floor was dirty and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I asked for fresh sheets, and they did change them. The air conditioner seemed ancient, was very noisy, and never cooled the room enough. The upper floors get unbelievably hot, and there’s no internet connection up there. To use the internet, you have to go down to reception. I made the mistake of staying here, so don’t do the same. Never come to hotel andromeda. I really do not recommend it.

The staff were very nice, but the vegetables, carrots, peas, corn and beetroot, seemed to come from a can. The Borsht was pink and milky.

There was no wifi during my eight days at this hotel, and nobody came to clean.

Good value for the price, and the place was very clean. I found it really pleasant.
