The views are breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the animation team is the best in the world, with the most beautiful girls. I’m staying here now and absolutely delighted with everything. I highly recommend this place!

After 8 nights, we’ve just checked out. It’s a nice hotel with clean rooms and really friendly staff, even though it’s the end of the season and I think this was their last working day. The food was good but didn’t have any variety, especially at breakfast. The gym was utterly disappointing too, with machines that were all rusty or broken. Please invest in new equipment. We would’ve liked to spend more time there. Still, it was a really good experience, and I definitely recommend it.

For the price, it’s an "OK" hotel, and the nearby beach and area are quite beautiful. If price is your main concern, you may be content as long as you accept the limitations. The hotel needs renovation: the rooms are clean and nice, but things don’t work here and there, the ceiling leaks, and the shower falls apart. Hardly anyone speaks English, though most people understand Polish, since most visitors are Poles or Bulgarians. The kids’ disco was pretty poor. It was held in front of the kids’ club instead of the amphitheater arena, with no lighting, just a loudspeaker and one animator dancing on a patch of free floor. It only drew the smallest kids, while those 7 and up were bored and watched from the side. There wasn’t much food choice, and dishes weren’t replenished often enough. You could find tasty things if you were patient and waited for them to be brought out. Breakfast was the worst, with the same boring dishes every day. Drink options were limited, but the basics were available, and the nice bartenders happily served them.

Families with kids should enjoy the animation team and food, and anyone who likes a good buffet will be pleased. The hotel’s great: big, clean rooms, very kind and attentive staff, and an unbeatable location. Butamyata beach is just a 2 minute walk away. Totally recommended.
