It’s an OK place to stay, and the staff are somewhat friendly. The restaurant prices are expensive, so go elsewhere if you want a meal. Our rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, not even every day. We were there in September, when everyone says, "It's the end of the season," but that’s no excuse. When we left, there was nobody to check us out or even take our keys.

We decided not to stay. The official payment method was by credit card, but on arrival they only offered cash, and they couldn’t provide an invoice on time, even though we’d already requested it for our visit and the hotel had accepted. The reception service was among the worst I’ve experienced in my life. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I think the value for money is unrealistic. The restaurant’s kitchen smell spread all over the hotel, and the rooms constantly smelled of sewage, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast was OK, though sometimes it arrived cold. The staff were somewhat pleasant and kind.

Great customer service, nice people. The place was clean, the view was nice, and it was dog friendly. But it was too loud at night, with everything from the restaurant downstairs coming through, so we couldn’t leave the window open.
