The rooms were old and dirty, with no cleaning or fresh sheets. The staff were terrible. The woman was very rude and tried to kick us out twice for no reason, telling us, “be gone by 8:30 when she wakes up, OR ELSE!” When it was time for us to leave, the owner and her family got physical, kicking and shouting at our car. Her husband tried to punch one of us, then chased us in their car for several kilometres, trying to force us off the road and block us. Never go here!

The beds were uncomfortable, nearly everything in the room was broken, and the AC leaked onto our balcony. We didn’t get the room cleaned on either day. When we asked why, they said the cleaning staff had done its job, which was another lie. The staff were rude and dishonest. If you want a pleasant holiday in Sinemorets, don’t stay at KATERINI!

I don’t understand how people like this are legally allowed to run a hotel. They’re extremely aggressive and mentally unstable. Avoid at all costs.

There are much better options in the area. The management and staff are extremely rude, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a well-kept hotel for your holiday.
