The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I wouldn't stay here again even for free. The wellness center is supposedly open from 8AM to 8PM, but at 10:30AM we found the pool door closed. Reception said we should have notified them in advance that we wanted to use it. The previous evening at 7PM, the sauna was already switched off and cold. The pool area was so cold that we froze when we got out of the water. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Don't go.

Very clean hotel with a great SPA. It's very close to Pamporov if you're going skiing. I recommend it!

The sauna and steam room were quite good, so we used them every day. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, and the staff were quite friendly. The pool, though, was around 20 degrees and too cold to sit in. They said they couldn't raise the water temperature. The rooms didn't look like the photos on the hotel website and weren't well decorated. The bathroom floor wasn't sloped toward the siphon, so water stayed in a puddle instead of draining.

The location makes a great starting point for walks nearby, and it's equally close to Pamporovo, Shiroka Laka and Smolyan. We had a great view from our spacious, cozy room. The staff were very kind and patient, and breakfast was rich and varied.
