The host was incredibly kind to us, and the owners are wonderful, but the place itself was a disappointment. It's extremely dirty, and everything is terribly old and worn. The bathroom was unpleasant to even enter. For 60 leva a room, you'd expect something decent. I can't recommend it. Such a shame.

The owners are lovely people, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. If work brings me to the area, this is where I'll come to relax.

We brought our dog and found a quiet place with a lovely yard, spacious bedrooms, and fresh air. The view of the Rhodope Mountains was amazing. The owners welcomed us with so much care and attention. We'll definitely return when we're in Smolyan again.

The hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the prices are very good. This is a family home turned into a guesthouse, with several rooms and a shared bathroom on each floor. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, an oven, pans, utensils, a fridge, a coffee machine, and useful things like an iron and kettle. Everything was tidy and very clean. They can also arrange taxis to nearby places, which is handy.

The hosts are kind, helpful, and give guests both privacy and independence. The place is spacious, clean, and well looked after. Pets are welcome, which mattered most to us, and the nightly rates are good.
