I wish minus stars were an option. The room was dirty, the shower stall was broken and covered in black mold, and both the air conditioning and fridge were broken. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Just don’t go there.

Helpful staff and a nice spot close to the beach!

I wanted to have my wedding at the restaurant, but changed my mind quickly after the owner asked for more than it would have cost in Switzerland. He said he planned to fire the staff and close a week early, and would have to keep them just for me. Yet the restaurant was open and people were there. After we disagreed, I asked hotel management to refund the advance payment for the booking. They refused and offered instead to let me use it for a few rooms for a few nights, charging me 150 BGN per night when the rate at the time was 70. The building is totally run down, and the manager is the typical “Bulgarian businessman,” with no understanding of tourism or customer service. The rooms are cheaply furnished, water doesn’t drain from the shower, and the sink is tiny. The cleaners barely do anything, just wet the floor a bit, and asking for fresh sheets is apparently too much. Breakfast is cheap and awful, with instant coffee and little quality or variety. There’s no real restaurant, just a beach bar with a few options. Some menu items seem to be only for the big boss. This kind of “professional” attitude has no place in tourism. I hope they find a new hobby. I absolutely don’t recommend staying here.

We booked the hotel without meals and tried almost everything at the restaurant by the pool. The food was good. There’s also a minimarket, a children’s playground, a pool, and parking for 5 euro a day. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very kind, and the beach is nearby. Great location, would definitely recommend!
