Relaxing here is out of the question. The complex seems to have been built in violation of every possible requirement, with absolutely no soundproofing. The walls may as well be paper. You can hear neighbours whispering, and bathroom sounds too. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The hallway is noisy, doors don’t hold up, and you hear noise from every direction, including neighbours swearing, the Svaty (matchmakers) they’re watching, and all their other conversations. I was here in the off-season, not even the high season, and it was absolutely terrifying. The manager is a bit of a jerk, but he’s always on duty, opens and closes doors for you, serves you, and does his best.

The apartments are a quiet horror, even if the façade looks pretty. The complex seems to be made of sticks, and you can hear every sigh and whisper from your neighbours, along with everything else. There’s no way to relax here. A family moved into the room next door and communicate only by cursing and yelling, adults and children alike. I’m kept informed about everything happening in their lives, from their divorce to buying a car, even though I don’t want to know. I dread to imagine what it’s like at peak season.

The manager has keys to every room and, according to my experience, comes into rooms when guests are away and goes through their belongings. He also spends a lot of time in the lobby watching who leaves and which rooms might be empty. Be careful and keep your money and valuables secure. It may be impossible to prove anything afterward, and anything could happen at this complex.
