Blue Pearl Hotel

I told the hotel in advance that I was gluten intolerant, and we paid for all-inclusive service. But when we arrived, they handed me frozen bread they said was gluten-free and told me that's what I could eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When we raised the issue, the chef got upset and said I could eat fruit and vegetables. Only after we insisted a lot did he finally say I could have a chicken leg. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's gluten intolerant.

The best thing here is the location: the beach is about 10 steps from the hotel. I was mostly disappointed with the value for money. We paid about 5100€ for 10 days as a family of four, and I don't think this is a 4* hotel. It offers the bare minimum for an average all-inclusive stay, with nothing extra. A lot of the furniture is quite old and doesn't feel fresh. Our room was big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but plain. Some refurbishment would help. The food was average, neither very tasty nor bad, but repetitive and not especially varied. The snack bar was great, with waffles, nuggets, fries, burger meat, sausages, and some vegetables. However, it closed at 5 pm, not 11 pm as the website stated.

The location is good, but the food and drinks were awful. This is a maximum 2-3 star hotel! You could get sick very quickly. Most of them don't speak English, and when they do, they barely understand. I don't recommend it!

The location is a real plus: Blue Pearl Hotel is right on the beach, centrally placed yet quiet, with a beautiful view and easy access to everything we needed. The pool area is a little small, but the water was clean and there were good sunbeds. The animation team was enthusiastic and got guests involved in activities with smiles on their faces. As a four-star hotel, though, it fell far short of our expectations. The place feels outdated, needs renovations and a thorough cleaning, and has no luxurious feel. Most staff were rude or lacked basic customer service skills, with a few exceptions. At the beach bar, the two bartenders were very different: one was friendly and tried his best, while the other was rude and shouldn't be in a guest-facing role. The food was the worst part of our stay. The ultra-all-inclusive meals felt like a mediocre canteen. Dishes were overcooked, reheated from the day before, tasteless, or simply unappetizing. Meals became a low point of each day. If being right by the beach matters most and you don't mind subpar food, this hotel might work. I wouldn't choose to return.
