Small rooms, not much food, and everything feels made on the cheap.

Gut gut, very gut place. Lots of places to drink around.

My class and I went to camp at this hotel. It was the worst stay of my life. The staff spoke some version of Russian, didn't try to understand what we were saying, and just kept chatting among themselves. There was a sullen Russian guy on the night shift. My friends and I were talking outside, then headed back to our rooms. He came over, apparently wanting us to be quieter. While we waited for the elevator, he returned more aggressively and reprimanded us, even though nobody had complained about noise. We walked my friends to their room and opened the door. Like something from a horror movie, the same Russian guy was striding aggressively down the hallway with his head slightly down. He yelled at us in Russian again and, as far as I could tell, threatened to call the police. They probably wouldn't have understood him if he actually called. The room was large and spacious, the only good thing about it. When I first went in, I locked the spare bedroom door, and the lock literally came off into my hand. Reception said they'd give us extra bed linens, but they never arrived. We went to the desk and called the phone, which was ringing right behind the receptionists while they played air hockey and ignored us. They answered on the second ring and said they'd bring sheets the next day. They didn't show up until the following afternoon. Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, activities in the courtyard cost extra, and the food was very poor. The only drink was juice from a machine. Of four juice options and one kind of water, only two juices and the water worked. I'm writing this review in Russian, and hope the staff understands me. Please sell the hotel to Bulgarians. At least then I'll be able to understand them.

The bathroom was a mess, with mold in the shower, a constant leak, and water that just sat across the floor. Half the outlets didn't work, the mattresses were filthy, and the sheets weren't changed if you stayed less than a week. The juice was basically water, while the potatoes tasted sour and the vinaigrette seemed stale. The cooks denied it was from the previous day. A very old security guard checked bags at the entrance. The cleaning staff were the most responsive, and I have no complaint about them. For the same price, I'd look elsewhere, though at least you'd know you'd stay healthy after eating in this cafeteria.
