Cantilena Complex

We booked an apartment for 4 people, but they gave us one for 2 children and 2 regular, and they even got our room mixed up. There were cockroaches going through our backpacks, and my watch was stolen. It was later found in the maid's pockets. The service was poor, and the staff aren't as nice as they seem. It's an absolute disaster. I pity hotels like this, and would never recommend it or return. Good luck to the next visitors, if there are any.

The food was terrible, with the same things served every day. Whatever wasn't eaten seemed to turn up at the next meal or the following day's meal, and there was nothing healthy to eat. The rooms looked fine, but were a bit messy, with lots of dead ants and mosquitoes on the walls. Nobody spoke English, and it was really hard to communicate with the employees. They didn't even understand “where is the toilet?” I left a day before my holiday ended. I wanted to attach a few photos of the food, but left before I could. I wouldn't repeat the experience even for free. ☺️

I'm here at Cantilena Complex right now, paying around 500 EUR per week for excellent accommodation with AI. The room is large and clean, the staff are very friendly, and the food and drinks are absolutely fine for this price. The pool is clean and has lots of sun loungers. I can only recommend this hotel!

The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was large, clean, and serviced every day, and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean too. It's about 10mins from the beach. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for having us!!!
