Evrika Club Hotel

The pool closed at 6 PM sharp, whatever the weather or how busy it was, and the waterslides had no reliable schedule, running only when staff felt like it. Our balcony looked directly onto a storage and maintenance area with carts and boxes, nothing like the promotional photos. The room was in poor shape, with old, worn furniture and no sign of proper maintenance. There were visible stains on the beds, poorly protected mattresses, a dirty carpet, and a stale smell. We booked expecting 4-star standards, but this felt nowhere near that. At best, I’d say 2 stars, and that’s only because it has a roof. Extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent conditions or professional service.

The people of Bulgaria were lovely, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Everything during our stay was amazing: resort, facilities, entertainment team, staff, food, a la carte restaurants, and cleanliness, all 5/5. They cater for everyone, and you want for nothing. No need to wake up at 5am to save a sunbed, there were plenty available. The beachfront setting, beach bar, gym, and lazy river were the icing on the cake. 5⭐️

I’ll definitely return. The inner pool area is amazing, and I had a nice, quite room with a big balcony facing the sea. The all-in really covered food and drinks all day, with snacks at night too. There are several bars, from the beach bar and pool bar, open till 1800, to hotel bars open till 2300, serving beer, wine, cocktails, and all you want. The bathroom was fine. Room cleanliness wasn’t the best, probably due to the carpet floor.

The pool and slides were great, and the entertainment staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was lovely, and we were upgraded for free to premium rooms, which was a nice touch. Our rooms were clean, with a bottle of water left for us after our late night arrival. One day we left our sign out and came back to find the room hadn’t been cleaned, which was disappointing. My partner injured himself while we were there, and the hotel was really accommodating, providing crutches and doing their best to support him. The food was satisfactory, though some nights were better than others. We had a late evening time slot, and sometimes the food didn’t feel as fresh. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and supportive during our stay.
