GT Dawn Park Apartments

The pool was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious with a really big balcony. It’s mostly families with kids, but there wasn’t any noise or disturbance. The staff were helpful, too. We did have trouble with parking. Although street parking was listed, whenever we tried they told us we couldn’t park there because we’d be fined. In the end, they helped us find a spot. The rooms are a bit old, but fine. We paid to have laundry done, though the clothes didn’t seem to come back clean.

The smell from the toilets in this shabby apartment was awful. In the evening, onion and other smells from the neighbours drifted in, and street noise went on until morning. It was a depressing nightmare of a stay. I’d booked five nights but left after the second, and I’ll never come back.

The complex sits in a very quiet part of Sunny Beach Resort, and parking spots are available all around it. There’s a pool, a beautifully maintained garden, and fantastic service. Recommended.

A terrible experience for a tourist. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and they moved us from our room to one meant for two even though there were three of us, because they had an extra reservation. Service was terrible, and staff spoke little or no English. When we did manage to talk to someone, they said they couldn’t help because the manager wasn’t there, even though we saw him several times.
