Hotel Boomerang

The service was okay, though it could be better. Parking costs extra. The room was dirty, the floor hadn't been cleaned at all, and the bed sheets were old and dirty. I don't recommend it.

For the price, I thought it was okay, and I liked my stay overall. Everyone seemed friendly, but the service was a little lacking. Check-in wasn't handled very well: my first room wasn't in order, so I had to go check the right room on my own. The restaurant only opened in the morning, the bar wasn't operating at all, and the pool closed at 5 pm. I couldn't see why, since swimming at sunset would be wonderful. For what you pay, it seems normal to me. People who give one star don't realize other hotels cost much more and may not be any better.

The pool area was a mess. Sand was all over the floor, the pool beds were disgusting and dirty, and it looked like they hadn't been washed in years. The pool bar seemed unused for ages, collecting dust and smelling terrible. I left my phone in the room, so I don't have photos, but you get the idea. The lobby and its chairs were dirty and smelled strongly of stagnant water. Our room was nothing special, and the toilet smelled bad the whole time, as if it hadn't been washed in ages. Sheets and towels were changed every four days unless you paid extra, so you were stuck with one towel for four days. At check-in, the receptionist was awful: she didn't even say hi, just stared at us as if we were bothering her, and was rude throughout the conversation. The worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Thankfully, we were only there for one day.

The breakfast was good, everyone treated us well, and there weren't any insects or people shouting. People are lying about the hotel. The real scammers are the booking sites. They wanted to charge us 464 euro for the same thing, but I reserved by phone for 250 Euro(488.95 bgn). If you paid more than this for five nights, don't blame the hotel. You got scammed.
