Hotel Dune

It's a gorgeous hotel right on the beach, with a nice room and spacious bathroom. The hotel has beach beds set out with plenty of space between them. You can order right from the beach and servers bring it to you. It's not cheap, but worth it.

We booked at the last minute after a poor stay at another resort, and what a great choice it was. From our Sea View Standard Room, the views of the beach were breathtaking. The room was clean, modern, and nicely detailed, with a clean modern bathroom, a perfect shower over the bath, and great air-conditioning. The staff were professional and well presented. We felt exceptionally well treated, with privacy respected and excellent service. The sense of class and luxury made this a holiday we'd return for. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with more than we needed. The breakfast staff helped with any requests, and the breakfast room and outdoor terrace were great. We were also grateful for the late checkout. The pool is wonderful and the loungers delightful. The pool bar has a great vibe, and the barman is friendly and knows his trade. Beach staff looked after us, and the call service there made the experience even better. There's a wide choice of food and drinks, priced fairly for a five-star place. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back next summer. Five stars all round!

We've been to this hotel twice, even though Sunny Beach isn't really our kind of place. The hotel's beach feels like a little enclave, reserved for clients, with luxury umbrellas and chairs spaced generously apart. There's private parking on site and a kid's corner too. The rooms are new and beautifully designed, with large bathrooms. They're very clean, and the internet and air-conditioners work properly. Service is excellent, and the manager is very friendly. The restaurant may be the best we've tried in Bulgaria, absolutely awesome. My husband has 30+ allergies, which usually makes restaurants difficult. Here they catered to his allergies and made some of the most delicious food he's had in a long time.

I've had five vacations here and would gladly come back again. The staff are kind, smiling, and helpful, and the service matches the price. The food is good too. The rooms are very clean, furnished with modern pieces, and have very comfortable beds. The soundproofing works really, really well. For Sunny Beach resorts, the private beach service is outstanding. I'm a happy customer.
