I took photos of the room problems because I didn’t want to be blamed for them: the shower was broken and flooded the floor, the door wouldn’t close, there were stains on the sheets and walls, and the rooms smelled of sweat. There was no AC, just a small PC monitor being used as a TV. For 8 days we got only one roll of toilet paper. I was charged 70€ as a fine for using the towels, and I still don’t understand why. A friend we booked with accidentally dropped an empty water bottle from the balcony and went down to pick it up. We were fined 300€ because we had booked together, and they wouldn’t let us speak to the manager when we tried to explain. I had to threaten to call the police to get 150€ back. The pool was dirty and closed at 17:00, the WiFy was awful, and there were no locks in the public bathroom. They don’t understand English. Don’t come here.

This place is a big scam. Nothing works properly and the service is awful. They say you owe them 200 euros because you didn’t take a video when you entered the rooms. Nothing works here. DO NOT COME.

Dinner was a terrible experience. The food was very poor, the queue for a meal took 30 minutes, and if you weren’t there at the start, they probably wouldn’t refill the buffet, so you could end up hungry. The bathrooms smelled, and there weren’t enough staff. I can’t see how this is rated 4 stars. The service would be poor even at a two star hotel.

Simple and clean. The food wasn’t really for me, and the menu was almost the same each day. The draft beer was good.

The rooms were really nice and the pool was alright. The food came cold, and the staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with customers.
