Everything fell apart the day before our trip, when the hotel cancelled both rooms despite having sent confirmations. They blamed our payment method, but we checked: there was enough money in the account, the card details were right, and our bank had no record of them contacting it about the booking. We had to pay extra for a last-minute room elsewhere, and our holiday was nearly in jeopardy. A terrible experience. Avoid this hotel.

We paid for two rooms for a holiday with friends, and the booking seemed settled. Then the hotel cancelled them without giving us a valid reason. We tried booking again, completed everything and paid, and they cancelled for a second time. The service was disgusting. Don't stay here, they could leave you in the lurch.

Booking a hotel has never stressed me out this much. Absolutely disgraceful.

A horrible smell, a clogged sink, and dirty sheets. When we asked them to change the sheets, they refused and said we must have made them dirty ourselves. The whole stay was a disaster.
