The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from. The pool and sunbeds were clean, too. We booked five rooms, and a few had small issues, like a broken hair dryer, missing batteries in the TV remote, or a shower head that came loose from the water pressure. Staff sorted these out quickly, so they didn't cause a problem. The rooms were very clean when we arrived, and the receptionists were kind and spoke English very well. We had a great stay!

It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the city center and beach, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel isn't new or luxurious, but it's well maintained and very clean. Towels were changed daily, the bathrooms and toilets were clean, the pool was large enough, and breakfast had a sufficient variety. It would be nice to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room for an evening drink. The poolside bar could also use some soft music and a bit more activity.

The low-quality food and unfriendly staff made for a really unpleasant stay. This hotel in Sunny Beach was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The beach is about 1 km away, and getting there means going through narrow, very crowded streets. There is parking and two outdoor pools, though neither is very large. It's a standard three-star hotel with lots of facilities, but many weren't working in the middle of the season. The staff are kind, though some speak only Bulgarian, which made it harder to understand each other. The place is clean: beds are made daily and towels are changed about every two days. Some furniture and fixtures are starting to deteriorate. Breakfast was disappointing, and exactly the same every day.
