I've lived here for four months with my three children, aged 2.5, 15, and 20. The grounds feel completely secure, and there's lots of room to walk. The children's program is fun, the restaurants serve delicious food, and there are plenty of pools without the excessive chlorine some people talk about. It's a great place for a family. In my three-room apartment, electricity cost 100 euros a month, and the air conditioning worked all summer. If you expect luxury for such a low rent, choose a more expensive place in a five-star complex instead of complaining about snakes. There are snakes there too.

It's conveniently located near the road, and everything is clean and cleaned often. There are two pools: a children's pool with a slide, about a meter deep, and an adult pool with a spiral slide, 1.5 meters deep.

The electricity is charged at a commercial rate, so you'll pay 10 times more. Renting through an office can cost 3-4 times more than booking through Airbnb or Booking.com. It's also a 15-20 minute walk to the sea. The rooms feel like cardboard boxes, and you can hear neighbors using the bathroom. If someone smokes, you'll end up smelling it too, because the stench is awful.

It's a large, gated, guarded residential complex with lots of pools, so most people don't bother going to the sea, which is a 15-minute walk away. The whole complex has now been converted to a residential rate. An ideal place for families.
