Poseidon

This was such a terrible experience I didn't even dare go near the pool. The hotel is awful and doesn't deserve a single star. The rooms were dirty, the mattress had mold and dye on it, the remotes didn't work, and the towels were disgusting with dirty spots. The food was moldy and tasteless, with the same dishes every day and only minor changes. It was hard to get food because the area was crowded and narrow. The hotel's photos have nothing to do with what it's actually like.

Not worth the money. They charged us 20€ for dirty bedsheets that were ours, after the cleaning ladies mistook our room number. I also put my camera battery on charge, and it basically exploded. There was a short circuit, which was their fault, but they didn't care at all. The food was cold, tasteless, and not fresh. I don't recommend it at all.

Our room was large, with a living room and bedroom, but the beds weren't very comfortable. It was fine for five nights, though my back hurts now. Parking cost 10 leva per day. Cleaning was minimal. Each day the lady came to leave toilet paper and take out the rubbish, and that was all. Towels were changed only after three days, which wasn't okay. The staff didn't speak English, so communication was very difficult. The food quality was 2 out of 10. Breakfast had variety, but the ingredients were the same every day. Lunch was rice each day, awful meat like turkey or pork, and defrosted chicken nuggets. There were also oven-cooked potatoes, but everything was cold even in the special containers. At dinner, leftovers were recycled. The meat looked disgusting, and the drinks weren't worth trying. The beer was the only thing that was quite okay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to young people or families with children.

A very good building in a very good holiday location.
