At about 60 m2, the apartment has a balcony and came with the supplies and equipment we needed. There was even a bottle of wine and some water on the table. The owner was warm and easy to approach, always ready to help with whatever came up. The location is hard to beat: the hotel sits above Sunny Beach's biggest mall, right downtown, and the beach is a three-minute walk away. Shops, showrooms and pubs are nearby, with markets, restaurants, a medical center, food shops, courts, playgrounds and other activities on the ground floor. Recommended!

The house had everything we needed, and there were no issues with cleanliness or facilities. We were very happy with our stay and are already thinking of coming back. Thanks to the host for being so attentive and welcoming, and for showing interest in every little detail.

The kitchen had what we needed, and the room was roomy with a decent balcony. It was quiet enough to relax, especially on the side facing the tennis courts. The price seemed fair, and I'd give the stay a 6 out of 10. Cleaning was a letdown. Over nine days, we got fresh towels once, and I had to insist before the cleaner took the trash. The bed sheets weren't changed. One day the woman who rented us the apartment saw us, turned around and nearly ran off. I think part of the hotel is rented out, and they don't provide cleaning service. The mattress wasn't very good either. The pool closes at 18:30.

Even though it's right in the lively part of Sunny Beach, it was very quiet. The hotel and apartment complex is huge, with several restaurants, pools and a spa.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pools are great. Getting a sunbed means being downstairs by 8am, which isn't too bad when some hotels make you go at 5am or miss out altogether.
