Awful service at Solana Aparthotel. I’d booked and written that I expected to check in between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, and the request was approved. But when I arrived at 12:45 AM, nobody was at either of the two addresses listed by the owners in the reservation. I knocked at both hotels in the middle of the night, but no one came, and I couldn’t get inside. I had to leave and search for somewhere else to stay that night.

We stayed for seven nights with our family and were very pleased. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the personal service was great. Shops and restaurants are close by, it’s five minutes from the center and ten from the beach. We’ll stay here again next year.

It’s dirty here, and the manager didn’t even smile.
