The centre and beach are close by, and it's a perfect place in Sunny Beach. The room could be cleaner, but it's okay. Keep in mind they don't take credit cards.

The landlord described it as a lovely, quiet apartment, but what we found was filthy and in terrible condition. The toilets and fridge were dirty, there was trash on the cabinets, the lights didn't work, and the utensils and kitchenware were dirty. There were cobwebs in the corners, no internet, and no pool despite the online listing. The TV looked 30 years old and had no remote or cable. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave. After more than 30 minutes arguing with the landlord by phone, we finally got our money back. I don't recommend it. The online photos don't match reality.
