The location is handy, about 500 meters from the beach, and there is a private parking area behind the hotel. Parking cost 15lv. per night. Our room had plenty of space and was OK, and the food was passable, though it didn't vary much from one day to the next. Service was the problem. The receptionist was fine when we arrived, but after we got the keys, an older, short-haired blonde cleaner took them from my girlfriend's hand, said something in Bulgarian, escorted us to the room, and demanded a tip. They didn't replace the towels or sheets, just vacuumed. I also couldn't find a do-not-disturb sign or instructions about leaving towels on the floor for a change.

The food was delicious, with fish, seafood, calamari, chicken and more. There isn't a huge selection, as you'd expect at a 3 star hotel, but it was still tasty. Everything was clean, and the pool is big with plenty of room to lie down.

The pool area is fantastic, and the location is just right. The hotel is really clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly. Food and drinks were more than acceptable. They even gave my dad a bottle of champagne for his birthday, which was lovely. I was there with my parents and a friend, and we'd definitely stay again. Don't let the bad reviews put you off.

I came back on 6th august, and sadly the complaints I'd read were still there, despite the hotel saying they'd fixed them. Food was cold or barely warm and nothing was labelled, so you couldn't tell what was in it. Two girls we spoke to had to get their rep involved because one had allergies and they couldn't identify the food. We ate out most days, an extra holiday expense we hadn't expected with all-inclusive, but I wouldn't feed the food to my dog. Staff were miserable and spoke no English, so communication was very difficult. The pool area was dirty, with cigarettes on the floor, bird poo everywhere, broken loungers and dirt at the bottom of the pools. Drinks came in small cups, only half full, and there wasn't any ice. Snacks were biscuits or ice cream left out for half an hour. Our room was standard and OK. We stayed two weeks, and the bed was changed twice. The cleaners were the only ones who smiled. There's nothing for children to do if you're staying in. No evening entertainment or music, so most kids just played on their phones. I'd give it 2 star ⭐️, and that's generous. Avoid it. I definitely won't stay again. yunona, please don't say you'll look into it. I went back through the reviews and you say that in most of them, but STILL haven't done anything about the complaints. Poor poor poor.
