Zenith Hotel

My friends and I stayed at hotel Zenith from 19/09/2025-26/09/2025, and it was a tremendous experience overall. Even though it was the final week of the season, everything was kept to a high standard. The location made it easy to reach the main attractions along the strip. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, with a special shoutout to Alex the animator! We liked the wide range of spirits and mixers in the cocktails, and the food was very good, varied, and consistently good quality. Room cleanliness let things down: dirt and bits stayed on the floor for several days, and used glasses weren't replaced daily, though reception could provide fresh ones when asked. It was still great value for money, whether you're after a relaxing break or a party-focused holiday.

The hotel has big rooms and plenty of sunbeds. Some things could be better: the female dining-room staff didn't speak or smile, the food was warm rather than hot, and there wasn't enough fresh fruit. The lobby needs more tables and seating, and there were no notices about the hotel's entertainment. Reception and bar staff weren't wearing uniforms. One dining-room staff member kept using her mobile, and there were no saucers for hot drinks.

We visited at the end of September and found the staff very unfriendly and not much help. The drinks tasted watered down, the food was appalling, and there was no entertainment program or pleasant atmosphere. I don't consider this a 4-star hotel. I rarely write reviews, but want to warn others to avoid it. I wouldn't return even if it were free.

The hotel is beautifully designed and newly renovated, and we had a pleasant stay. The room was great, and aside from the inconvenient bathroom, everything else was exceptional. Food usually came in a wide variety, including a few vegan options, though breakfast was mostly the same each day and dinner could be hard for us to find a table if we arrived late. The elevators were also a bit annoying to use. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the sea. The pool is small, but the sea makes up for that. Staff were top notch, especially some of the girls cleaning rooms or tables, like Fevzie, who was great.
