Aparthotel Lighthouse

I hope things improve one day, but right now I’m in shock. This has been a complete horror, and I feel I was scammed. When I bought the apartment, the brokers described a nice, peaceful place. The parking lot is constantly flooded, the building’s waterproofing is beyond criticism, almost all the terraces leak, many apartments have mold, and the first floors are always damp. My neighbors told me that buyers don’t even own the land these blocks are built on. They say the landowners are threatening to put a parking lot where the pool is, which could mean losing the whole area and the trees. There’s also new construction planned next to the complex, with noise and dust for at least another 3 years. One block has been under renovation for the third year, while another has decided it may not pay maintenance fees at all. That’s causing tension and conflicts between owners.

There’s a shop, a bar and several restaurants very close by. The beach is about 300 meters away, and this quiet, cozy place always has free sunbeds at the pool.

Wi-Fi was advertised as free, but it was actually a paid service. You have to buy a voucher with a password for every four devices. We also waited three hours to check into the hotel and lost half a day of our vacation. Yet checkout has to be strictly on schedule, or they charge extra.
