It’s a cute place, and they have parking. I was welcomed nicely, though I only stayed to sleep. The breakfast wasn’t enough for me, so I didn’t eat it. I only wanted coffee, but the automatic machine makes only sweetened Nescafe. There was a fresh Americano machine at reception, so I asked for one. It cost 4 euros, and a man kept asking for the money. I guess some people who drink it leave without paying :)

We stopped here for one night on the way to Sofia and had no problems. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean, and breakfast had a good range of food. It’s a bit away from the center of Svilengrad, but I’d stay again if I needed a place overnight. Good value for the price.

The rooms are huge, and the hotel is in a nice spot beside a park. Ours smelled of cigarettes, though, and it wasn’t clear whether smoking is even allowed. Breakfast wasn’t great. Dogs are welcome.

The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. It’s near the town centre, with the main Street about a 15-minute walk away. The bar was open, but only for breakfast. This was my second visit, and I’d definitely recommend paying extra for one of the larger rooms. It’s worth it.

I slept wonderfully, and the stay was fantastic. Just one lift was working, though, so getting a full suitcase across the hotel to the far end was quite a walk. Still, fantastic otherwise.
