The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the staff were friendly. It’s a modern, stylish hotel with very good service. There’s parking outside as well as a garage. I’d recommend it.

The staff were especially helpful, which stood out to me as a Bulgarian native since that’s not something I always find in establishments here. It was my first time in the city, and the hotel turned out better than I expected. One note for future guests: they prefer cash payments.

The room was spacious and nice, and the mattress was fine. The pillows weren’t very good, and the place could be cleaner.

Lunch and dinner at the restaurant are good and affordable, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Our room had a lovely view of the Danube, and the town center is less than a five-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and warm, and the staff were polite. The main drawback was breakfast, which was nearly nonexistent, with only three options that were basically the same thing. A very good choice for travellers in svishtov.

The restaurant feels cosy, with nice design touches throughout. Service was quick and polite, and the dishes were good for the price. The only thing I’d change is that maybe half the chairs could be more comfortable. Still, it’s great value. We only ate at the restaurant, and it was excellent.
